The MJ stage

The MJ Project consisted of staging the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom new build. Below is a break down per room.

This is the first thing you see once you enter the home.

Gray, vintage teal, navy blue, and orange set the tone for an inviting space.

The focal point of the room is none other than a circa 1970's refinished console record player.

The 'lovely' 1980's picture was removed from the frame.
A fresh coat of paint was added and in the middle is a super cute metal flower.

Up close and personal!
The open concept kitchen makes a great place for entertaining!
Low profile counter stools were added to avoid obstructing the view

The kitchen opens up to the dining area!
The dining table was set using an old dresser mirror, layered with a former cake stand, and the vase...? That would be an artillery shell! Inside the vase are peacock feathers from a real peacock! The artwork on the wall was done by a local artist.

This would be your view from the counter stools!

Master Bedroom equipped with a brand new bed set, painted headboard, refinished mid century side tables and.....

Is this piece new or old? One will never know :)
New knobs were added as well as a mirror on the top to hold the hat boxes and lantern.

Above the refinished side tables are tin pieces of a ceiling from The Harris House in Dublin, TX.  They are truly unique and absolutely set a calm and inviting tone.

Part of the master bathroom. How comfy does that rug look?!

Of course a waffle pattern white cloth shower curtain was in order for this luxurious bathroom!

Bedroom #2

Upholstered headboard, Clean white linens, and trendy pillows.

Refinished side tables done in gray and white with orange handles.

Bedroom #3 or as shown here - the home office.
I actually went through about 5 different desks before I realized that I was going to have to make my own. The oak speaker boxes (gutted of course) are holding up a vintage door that was sanded and protected. The chair was painted and covered in teal/white chevron fabric.

Trendy bookcase with tons of accessories. What's that in the corner you ask? That is a former gumball machine turned lamp!

The patio!

Painted the side table then I realized the clock had a circumference of EXACTLY the table size. After I was mind blown, I added the super adorbs pillows and set the table for morning coffee.

Above the table are pieces of art found at a local thrift store - painted, of course.
