Brand new custom built home. Home owners instructions were "make my house livable".  There isn't any "before" pictures because it was literally an empty house that was covered in construction dust.
Above: Table is built out of pipe and covered in faux ostrich fabric.  
Below: Curtain rods are old hand rails salvaged from a former grade school.

Below: Bar stools were added to make the perfect place conversation. 


Above: Furniture placement in the theater room makes for the perfect movie watching experience.
